APEX Physique Refund Policy

The products, programmes, guides, downloads, and content provided by APEX Physique are digital and delivered electronically.

  1. No refunds after access

Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is considered used.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided after access has been granted.

2. Digital purchase terms

By purchasing any APEX Physique product, you agree that:

  1. delivery begins immediately;

  2. access is granted instantly or shortly after purchase;

  3. your right to cancel is waived once access is provided.

3. Limited exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited cases:

  • duplicate purchases;

  • technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. No refund conditions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind after access;

  • lack of results;

  • misunderstanding of product content;
