APEX Physique Digital Product Licence
Effective date: 12-April-2026

All APEX Physique products are protected by intellectual property law.

1.Personal licence

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

2. Strictly no sharing

Products must not be shared, distributed, transferred, or made accessible to any other person under any circumstances.

3.Prohibited use

You must not:

  • upload content to websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms;

  • reproduce, copy, or redistribute any material;

  • use the content for commercial purposes;

  • provide access to clients, groups, or third parties.

4.Intellectual property

All training systems, structures, content, branding, and methodology remain the property of APEX Physique.

5.Anti-piracy enforcement

APEX Physique actively monitors for unauthorised distribution and misuse.

Any attempt to share, copy, distribute, or resell content without permission will be treated as a breach of this licence and may result in:

  1. immediate termination of access without refund;

  2. removal of access to all purchased products;

  3. legal action where appropriate;

  4. financial claims for damages and loss of revenue.

6.Account security

Access to any members area is restricted to the registered user only and must not be shared.

7.Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any APEX Physique product, you agree to this licence.
